TSA Air Marshal charged with taking pictures up dresses of airline passengers

A Baltimore-based air marshal was arrested on Thursday after allegedly taking cell phone pictures up women’s dresses as they boarded a Southwest Airlines flight in Nashville, the Transportation Security Administration confirmed Friday.

Adam Joseph Bartsch, 28, was arrested by Nashville International Airport police after a witness grabbed his cell phone and alerted a flight attendant, according to a criminal affidavit in the case.

Bartsch was on duty when the arrest happened. He was charged with disorderly conduct and has a November 14 court date. He was removed from his duties with the TSA.
