Brandon Rippeon drops out of congressional race

Brandon Rippeon ran for Congress in the 6th District in 2012 and finished in sixth place in the Republican primary. He had been touted as a candidate for 2014 against David Vogt and Dan Bongino in the primary in the same district. Rippeon, who apparently is a birther, had more cash on hand at the end of the last quarter than David Vogt. His 2014 bid has seemingly come to an end after a post he made on Facebook earlier tonight.
