Man uses squash as silencer on gun

The AP reports:

Investigators say a person suspected of robbing a Charleston County gas station used a squash to silence shots fired at the business.

At around 2 a.m. Sunday, deputies say they went to a James Island gas station after an alarm went off. After reviewing security video, deputies say they saw someone walk up to the building and fire two shots from a gun that had a squash on the end of it.

The man then threw a cinder block through  the window and stole $6,000 worth of lottery tickets (presumably scratch-offs.)
