The Baltimore Sun broke the story that Ray Rice was arrested and released on his own recognizance after a domestic incident. Rice’s Baltimore attorney described the altercation as “very minor.”
Rice has also retained counsel in Philadelphia. A Ravens spokesman said Rice and his fiancee returned home together. Rice’s Baltimore attorney said the fiancee was charged and released as well. Atlantic City Police have not commented or released the police report. Revel Casino security also declined to comment.

According to our tipster, though, word at the Revel early Saturday morning was that a woman—presumably the fiancée—had spit on Rice and that in retaliation, he uppercut her, knocking her completely unconscious.
