Brian Vaeth made the following claim on Facebook this evening:
I have just found out that it was no action by the State Board of Elections that got me disqualified. It was a complaint made by another Republican candidate who is running for the Governor’s Office.
If he’s right, who called and got Vaeth disqualified? (The possibilities would include David Craig, Ron George, Larry Hogan, and Charles Lollar.)
Vaeth announced yesterday he had been disqualified over the five-year voter registration requirement and conflicting information given by the Board of Elections.
