The above weapon is a 9 mm JR Carbine. Delegate Dwyer is raffling off this gun as a campaign fundraiser. The winner has the option to choose a 9 mm version or a .40 version (or $500 instead of the carbine.)
More from Dwyer’s website:
No waiting period, no HQL requirement. NICS check.
Must be 18 years of age and legally able to own and accept transfer. Out of state winner must transfer through a Federally Licenced Firearms Dealer. Tickets are $5 each. Campaign Fundraising regulations limits the amount of raffles to $50 (10 tickets) per person.
The gun that’s being given away is at Scott’s Gunsmithing in Glen Burnie.
