UMBC student Matt Vesely missing – last seen in Perry Hall, MD



WEDNESDAY UPDATE: It has been reported that missing UMBC student Matt Vesely has been found.

This post was made early Monday night so add 18 hours to the amount of time since last being seen:

 Matt Vesely has not been seen or heard from since 4:00AM Saturday morning, when he went missing from his home. He was last seen 60 hours ago on foot near Northwind Rd. and North Trail Way in Perry Hall. He may still be in the Perry Hall/Parkville/Towson area. He is a student of UMBC. If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Matt, please contact the UMBC or Parkville Police Station. Attached is a picture of him. provides more information from the Baltimore County Police:

They describe Matthew James Vesely as a 20-year-old white male. He is 5’4” tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. According to police, he should be wearing a dark shirt and gray sweat pants that have Calvert Hall on them.

Vesely is a graduate of Calvert Hall College High School and he is a computer science major at UMBC. Please let the police know if you see him or know anything. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
